All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on March 7, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, is issuing this request for standing offer for the acquisition for boxes of personal effects that are provided to all establishments in the Quebec region used for the transfer of inmates as well as boxes of packaging for the needs of the operations of the national depot, as detailed in Annex A.
